2021 Choice Gas selection period dates set

The annual selection dates have been set for the Nebraska Choice Gas program for 2021. The selection period will run from March 18-April 22, extending the traditional annual two-week selection period to five weeks and one day.

Direct marketing to customers by natural gas suppliers will not be allowed until the start of the enrollment period, which is a change from past campaigns where suppliers could market from January to April using delegation agreements.

ACE is supportive of these changes and is hopeful it results in a more positive and less confusing experience for the consumer.
