Choice Gas

The Nebraska Choice Gas Program

The Nebraska Choice Gas program provides an opportunity to choose your natural gas commodity supplier and pricing option that fits your needs each year. The annual selection typically runs during the first part of April. The 2024 selection period ran April 4-24. During the selection period, customers have the opportunity to select their natural gas commodity supplier for the program year, which runs June 1 through May 31. Customers will be mailed a selection form before the selection period begins.

Black Hills Energy owns the pipeline distribution system, conducts meter readings and provides maintenance and billing services regardless of which natural gas commodity supplier you select.

ACE has been a natural gas commodity supplier in the program since its beginning and is the only community-owned natural gas commodity supplier in the program. Call us toll-free at 800-454-4759 with any questions about the Choice Gas program, we'd be happy to help!
