Customers who choose a fixed rate per therm pricing option are choosing a commodity price only.  Distribution charges, taxes and fees will be assessed by the utility and the gas bill will fluctuate with natural gas usage.

ACE WeatherShield™ is one set monthly price that encompasses all commodity, distribution charges, taxes and fees.  It does not change, no matter how much or little is used.
