JOC officers elected for 2025-26

The NMPP Energy Joint Operating Committee held annual officer elections for fiscal year 2025-26 at its June board meeting in Lincoln, Neb. 

The 12-member committee is comprised of the three officers of the Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska, National Public Gas Agency and Public Alliance for Community Energy and one at-large board member from each organization.

The following officers were re-elected to one-year terms:

  • Andrew Devine, city administrator, Albion, Neb., chairman;
  • Chris Anderson, city administrator, Central City, Neb., vice chairman;
  • Brent Nation, city manager, Fort Morgan, Colo., secretary

The committee meets twice a year. It reviews budgets of each of the NMPP Energy organizations and approves the compensation structure and benefits of NMPP employees among other duties.
